This file contains electron impact cross sections for: SO2, C2H6, Si2H6, CCl2F2, CCl4, NO, N2O, NH3, CO2, C2H2, C2H4 that have been derived from beam and swarm data by Prof. Makoto Hayashi of the Nagoya Institute of Technology, Nagoya, Japan.
