Dr. W. Lowell Morgan

Dr. Lowell Morgan founded Kinema Research & Software, L.L.C. in 1989.

Dr. Morgan is a physicist and professional consultant with 34 years of experience in modeling and simulation of non-LTE plasmas; electron, atomic, and molecular collisions; and surface chemistry. Over this time he has assembled an extensive collection of electron collision and plasma chemistry data including the entire electronic data base and 22,000 microfiche bibliographic collection of the former Data Center of the Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics (JILA), which is unique in the world.
